Lead times depend on your order type:

  • Same-day delivery products: Order before 2pm on the day.
  • All other products: At least 2–3 working days before your preferred delivery date.
  • Customised orders: At least 3–5 working days in advance — please contact us first so we can confirm your details.
  • Weddings and full event styling: A minimum of 2–4 weeks ahead. For popular and auspicious dates, book as early as possible.

For Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year and graduation season, delivery slots and popular designs fill quickly — order at least 3–5 days ahead to avoid disappointment.

These lead times are general guidelines. The Florté always endeavours to accommodate our customers' needs — if you have an urgent request, contact us and we will do our best to help.

We do our best to recreate every arrangement as shown. However, because we work with seasonal, fresh-cut flowers, there can be natural variations in availability, colour, size and shape of individual stems. Substitutions are occasionally necessary.

If a substitution is needed, we will always reach out to let you know in advance. For products in gift sets that are unavailable or out of stock, we replace them with something of equal or higher value.

Our flowers are cut fresh from trusted nurseries in Colombia, the Netherlands, Kenya, Asia and Ecuador. They are delivered directly to our Dempsey Hill studio where they are conditioned and refrigerated before arrangement. We work with established suppliers so only the finest stems reach you.

Of course. We are happy to accommodate specific flowers, colour palettes, sizes or themes. Call us or email enquiries@theflorte.com with your requirements. Customised orders need at least 3–5 working days notice and we will confirm all details with you before proceeding. Where a specific stem is unavailable, our florists will suggest the closest suitable alternative.

Absolutely. Every The Florté order includes a personalised message card. The character limit is 250 characters — your message will be printed on our greeting card and attached to your order at no extra charge.

The Bloom of the Day is our daily fresh bouquet — handcrafted using the best seasonal flowers selected that morning. The flowers and design change each day based on what our florists choose at the market, so every Bloom of the Day is unique. It is ideal if you trust our florists' eye and want a spontaneous, seasonal arrangement. Available for same-day delivery when ordered before 2pm.

A bloom box is a floral arrangement presented in a box that doubles as its display — the recipient can place it directly on a table without needing a vase. Care: keep away from direct sunlight and sprinkle cold water over the blooms to keep them hydrated.

A bouquet is hand-tied and wrapped in our signature style. The classic gift format — ideal for hand delivery, graduation photographs and occasions where traditional presentation is preferred. Care: trim stems at a 45-degree angle, transfer into a fresh vase and change the water daily.

A congratulatory flower stand is a large freestanding floral display — typically 1.5–2 metres tall — presented at shop openings, business launches, award ceremonies and milestones. The Florté's stands range from $188 to $725, with designs including Grandeur, Pinnacle, Modern Prosperity, Blue Royalty and Pink Polish. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 2pm. Browse the full collection here.

Yes. The Florté carries dried and preserved flowers in bouquet, bloom box and table vase formats. Preserved flowers require no water and stay beautiful for several months to over a year — popular for home décor or as a long-lasting gift. Our Dried & Preserved collection includes the Eternity Roses Square bloom box, available in multiple colours.

Yes. For same-day delivery products, order before 2pm on the day. Delivery is available islandwide — including the CBD, Orchard, Tampines, Jurong, Woodlands and all residential areas.

Urgent orders outside pre-arranged slots may incur additional charges, and The Florté reserves the right to decline where no prior arrangement has been made — in such cases the order proceeds on the originally selected date.

Yes. The Florté delivers seven days a week, including Sundays and most public holidays. Order before 2pm for same-day delivery. During major festive periods we recommend ordering in advance as delivery slots fill up quickly.

It is the sender's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.

  • Business addresses, hotels and hospitals: Delivery may be made to the main reception. The signature of any authorised person is considered proof of delivery.
  • Home deliveries: Our driver will wait up to 5 minutes. If no one is available and the recipient is uncontactable, the arrangement will be left outside the front door — The Florté is not liable for the flowers from that point. Note that most condominiums and private apartments do not permit drivers to leave packages at the management office.
  • If the arrangement cannot be left safely: It will be returned to our studio. We will contact you to reschedule. Redelivery must occur the following day to preserve freshness — any later will be a forfeited order. A redelivery fee of $25 applies before dispatch.

To avoid issues, provide the recipient's mobile number and any access instructions (e.g. "Leave with lobby security") in the order notes at checkout.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address at the time of ordering. Our driver contacts the recipient only upon arrival. If the recipient has moved or requests delivery to a different location, a same-day redelivery fee of $20 applies. Please double-check the address before completing checkout.

Yes, we deliver to all major hospitals. Please include the ward number, bed number and recipient's mobile number in the order notes to help our driver. Note that some wards (ICUs, specialist units) may restrict strongly fragranced or oversized arrangements — please check with the ward before ordering if you are unsure.

Yes, if you contact us promptly. Call or WhatsApp +65 9828 3370 or email enquiries@theflorte.com with your order number immediately. The sooner you contact us, the more likely we can accommodate the change before your order is prepared and dispatched.

Yes. Please contact us at least 1–2 days before your scheduled delivery date, as we source and purchase flowers 1–2 days in advance to ensure peak freshness. Changes requested closer to the delivery date may not be possible. Contact us at +65 9828 3370 or enquiries@theflorte.com with your order number and new preferred date and time.

The Florté does not accept cancellations or issue refunds once payment has been verified, as flowers are sourced and prepared specifically for each order.

If you need to postpone rather than cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date and we will do our best to reschedule to a new date.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless we have sent the wrong order. Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final once delivery is completed. If you received an incorrect order, contact us immediately with your order number and a photo and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. The Florté reserves the right to cancel, refund or exchange any order at its sole discretion if the customer is uncontactable.

If a specific flower is unavailable on your delivery day, we will inform you beforehand and advise on the most appropriate substitution of comparable quality and value. For gift set items that are out of stock, we replace them with something of equal or higher value and always let you know first.

Unfortunately, we cannot apply discount codes or promotional offers to completed transactions. Your code remains valid for a future purchase. If you experience any difficulties, contact us at +65 9828 3370 and we will help.

Every arrangement is inspected before leaving our studio. If flowers arrive damaged, wilted or not as expected, please contact us immediately with your order number and a clear photo of the arrangement as received. We will arrange a resolution as quickly as possible. WhatsApp +65 9828 3370 or email enquiries@theflorte.com.

Bright, celebratory arrangements work best. Popular choices include roses (pink, red, coral or mixed), sunflowers, carnations and seasonal mixed bouquets. Our most gifted birthday arrangements include the Sunburst, Blush Chic, La Flamingo and A Dozen Rosabella. For something more design-forward, our Signature Bouquets are a distinctive alternative to conventional rose arrangements.

Graduation bouquets feature in many photographs — choose something generous, structured and photogenic. White and cream arrangements are versatile against any graduation gown. Bright pinks, pastels and statement mixed colours also photograph well. Our Fresh & White bouquet is a consistent graduation favourite. Bloom boxes are a practical option if the recipient doesn't want to carry a bouquet throughout the ceremony.

  • White chrysanthemums — strongly associated with funerals. Avoid for all celebratory occasions.
  • Predominantly white arrangements for celebrations — white is the colour of mourning in Chinese tradition.
  • Yellow roses alone — associated with friendship rather than deeper affection in Chinese gifting culture.

Great choices for Chinese recipients: red, pink, peach, orange and coral tones. Peonies are especially auspicious, symbolising prosperity and good fortune — ideal for milestones, housewarmings and Mother's Day.

Yes. Our condolence collection includes freestanding floral stands from $288, composed in respectful white and soft-toned palettes for wakes and memorial services. White and pastel arrangements are universally appropriate across Singapore's communities. If you are unsure about cultural considerations, WhatsApp us at +65 9828 3370 and we will advise. Browse the condolence collection here.

Yes. The Florté provides wedding floral packages for solemnisations, ROM ceremonies, church weddings, garden weddings and wedding dinners. Services include bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, bridal car décor, ceremony centrepieces, table arrangements and full venue styling. Our Bridal-To-Go service starts from $176 — ideal for pre-wedding shoots and solemnisations. For bespoke wedding packages, contact us to arrange a consultation.

For full venue styling, book 2–4 months in advance. Saturday dates and auspicious dates in the Chinese calendar fill earliest — book as early as possible. For bridal-only packages without venue styling, 2–3 weeks notice is generally sufficient. Visit our weddings page or WhatsApp +65 9828 3370 to check availability.

A boutonnière is a small floral pin worn on the groom's suit lapel on a wedding day, designed to complement the bridal bouquet. Boutonnières at The Florté start from $28. Browse options at our boutonnière product page.

Yes. The Florté offers weekly and monthly flower subscriptions for homes, offices and corporate clients. Each delivery is a fresh seasonal arrangement handcrafted at our Dempsey Hill studio. Plans can be paused, skipped or rescheduled with advance notice. Browse our subscription collection here.

Yes. Corporate flower subscriptions — regular fresh floral deliveries to reception areas, meeting rooms and executive spaces — are one of our most popular services. For enquiries involving multiple locations or large volumes, email enquiries@theflorte.com for a tailored quote.

  • Bouquets: Trim the stems and transfer into a vase with fresh water. Change the water daily and keep away from direct sunlight and air-conditioning vents.
  • Bloom boxes: Keep away from direct sunlight. Sprinkle cold water over the blooms periodically to keep them hydrated.

A care card is available from us upon request — just ask when you collect or at the time of delivery.

Fresh cut flowers typically last 3 to 5 days. With attentive care — daily water changes, stem trimming and cool placement away from direct sun — most arrangements will last longer. Hardier stems such as orchids, sunflowers and chrysanthemums naturally have a longer vase life. Post-purchase care makes a significant difference to freshness longevity.

Dried flowers last approximately 3–6 months. Preserved flowers — where natural moisture is replaced with a glycerine-based solution — can last 6 months to over a year. Neither type requires water or sunlight. Keep away from moisture and direct sun to prevent discolouration. Well-suited to Singapore's air-conditioned interiors.

Some common flowers are toxic to pets and small children if ingested. Most importantly: lilies are highly toxic to cats — even pollen contact can cause kidney failure. Certain tulip, daffodil and hydrangea varieties are also toxic to dogs and cats.

If you are ordering for a household with pets or young children, please mention this when placing your order and our florists will compose a pet-safe arrangement.
