Deliveries are available everyday from 11am to 6pm. Please indicate your preferred time slot upon checkout. All deliveries are done in-house. If you’re looking at a specific timing for delivery, do inform us 18 hours ahead of your requested delivery time.

Do also note that additional charges of S$10.00 apply on top of the stated basic charges for deliveries to: Changi Airport, Military camps, CBD areas, Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, All PSA Ports, and Tuas.

Delivery is charged at $15 per item to Singapore addresses, except P.O. Box addresses and unless otherwise stated. Delivery during peak periods such as selected eves of, or public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, may incur additional charges.

Deliveries are available every day EXCEPT Certain Public Holidays, and selected dates. These exceptions will be blocked out on the calendar selection after you check out your shopping cart.       
    What if my recipient is not able to receive the flowers?
    If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers, we’ll call you for further instructions to deliver at the recipient’s convenience. If we’re unable to reach you, flowers will be left at the reception or the door. We’ll not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onwards. An additional surcharge of S$10.00 will be imposed should you require re-delivery.

    What if I need to change my delivery location?
    We’d love to ensure that happy vibes are delivered, so we ask that you ensure your recipient will be at the delivery location upon confirmation of date and time. If any changes has to be done, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

    Can I do self pickup?
