Deliveries are available everyday from 10am to 9pm. Please indicate your preferred time slot upon checkout.

A certain delivery time slot will not be reflected at checkout if it is fully booked for the day. We apologise for an inconvenience as we aim to make sure all our orders are fulfilled on time. - Thank you for your kind understanding!

Delivery is charged at $10.00 per item to Singapore addresses, except P.O. Box addresses and unless otherwise stated; all Standard Deliveries will arrive any time within the specified time slot.

Specific Time Delivery (+$10.00): Kindly contact us directly at enquiries@theflorte.com and we will do our best to accommodate. 
(e.g. if you choose to have your orders delivered at 11:30am, our driver will be there anytime between 11:00am to 12:00pm)
*Once your requested specific time delivery has been successfully scheduled, we will send over a payment link for the additional top up.

Do also note that additional charges of S$5.00 apply on top of the stated basic charges for deliveries to: Changi Airport, Military camps, Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa Island, Jurong Island, All PSA Ports, and Tuas.

Delivery during peak periods such as selected eves of, or public holidays, Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, may incur additional charges.

Deliveries are available every day EXCEPT Certain Public Holidays, and selected dates. These exceptions will be blocked out on the calendar selection after you check out your shopping cart.   

Self-Collection: Available from Monday to Saturday, between 11:00am - 6:00pm

Sunday, between 11:00am - 3:00pm

    What if my recipient is not able to receive the flowers?
    If the recipient is not available to receive the flowers, we’ll call you for further instructions to deliver at the recipient’s convenience. If we’re unable to reach you, flowers will be left at the reception or the door. We’ll not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items from that point onwards. An additional surcharge of S$10.00 will be imposed should you require re-delivery.

    What if I need to change my delivery location?
    We’d love to ensure that happy vibes are delivered, so we ask that you ensure your recipient will be at the delivery location upon confirmation of date and time. If any changes has to be done, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

    Can I do self pickup?
