Delivery

Deliveries are available everyday from:

Monday to Friday

10:00am - 1:00pm
2:00pm - 6:00pm

Saturday & Sunday

10:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 6:00pm
All Standard Deliveries will arrive at any time within the specified time slot. Unavailable delivery time slots (i.e. fully booked or blackout dates) will not be reflected at checkout. We apologise for any inconvenience as we aim to ensure that all our orders can be fulfilled on time. 

 

DELIVERY CHARGES

All standard deliveries to Singapore-registered addresses will be charged at $18.00. Neighbouring district which will be charged at $12.

(Neighbouring district delivery charge is excluded for seasonal collections)

Delivery Beyond Working Hours, After 6pm (+$12.00)

We try to cater to your flower deliveries beyond regular working hours between 6pm-8pm, with an extra charge of $12 for our team’s overtime and effort.

You may reach out to us through our email, enquiries@theflorte.com, or via phone call at +65 9828 3370, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. Once we have finalised your after-hours delivery, we will send you a payment link for the additional top-up.

Standard Product's Specific Time Delivery (+$15.00)

For example, a delivery for 11:30am will arrive at any time between 11:00am to 12:00pm.

Floral Stand Delivery ($20.00)

Floral stands will be delivered using a larger vehicle, hence the price is higher than usual. If you need the delivery to be made at a specific time, you can also choose this option for an additional fee of $15.00.

Peak Seasons

Additional charges may be incurred for deliveries during Valentine’s Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, and select eves of, or public holidays.

Available from Monday to Saturday, 11:00am - 5:00pm

DELIVERY FAQs
What if my recipient is not able to receive the flowers?
Should this happen, we will call you to ask for further delivery instructions at the recipient’s convenience. If we are unable to reach you and the recipient within 10 minutes, the flowers will be left at the reception or at the door. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged items from then. An additional surcharge of $20.00 -$25.00 will be imposed should you require a re-delivery.
What if I need to change my delivery address?
If you need to change the delivery location, we would be happy to help! Please make sure the recipient will be present at the new location and inform us 24 hours ahead of time. We aim for happy deliveries for all!

Can I collect the flowers myself?
Certainly! However, kindly note that an appointment needs to be scheduled beforehand. Our floral studio is situated at 81 Tagore Lane, #02-14 Singapore 787502. You can collect the flowers from 11:00am to 5:00pm. Additionally, you may reach out to us at +65 9828 3370 for further assistance.
