Yes. The Florté offers same-day flower delivery across Singapore for all orders placed before 12pm. Once your order is confirmed, our florists arrange your bouquet that morning and our delivery team dispatches it to arrive by evening.
For urgent orders placed after 12pm, WhatsApp us directly at +65 9828 3370 and we will do our best to accommodate. Delivery is available islandwide, including the CBD, Orchard Road, Dempsey Hill, Holland Village, Buona Vista, Tampines, Jurong and all residential areas.
Delivery is $20 for all orders below $500. For orders above $500, delivery is complimentary.
Additionally, if you opt for self-collection at our Dempsey Hill studio (13 Dempsey Road, #01-01, Singapore 249674), you receive $6 off your total order. Studio is open Monday to Saturday, 11am–5pm, by appointment.
We deliver islandwide across Singapore — every region, every district. This includes residential estates, offices, hotels, hospitals, schools and event venues. There is no surcharge for deliveries to any standard Singapore address.
For deliveries to restricted areas (Jurong Island, military camps, offshore locations) please contact us directly as these require coordination.
Yes, The Florté delivers seven days a week, including Sundays and most public holidays. Order before 12pm for same-day delivery regardless of the day. If you have a specific public holiday delivery request, we recommend confirming in advance as operational hours may vary during major festive periods.
Yes, with sufficient notice. Please contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp at +65 9828 3370. If your order has not yet been prepared and dispatched, we can update the delivery address or reschedule at no additional charge. Changes requested after dispatch cannot be guaranteed.
Our delivery team will attempt to contact the recipient and leave flowers in a safe location if appropriate (with security, reception desk, or a neighbour) after attempting contact. We strongly recommend providing a recipient contact number and any delivery instructions (e.g. "Leave with lobby security") in the order notes field at checkout.
If flowers cannot be left safely, re-delivery will incur an additional delivery charge. Please ensure the recipient will be available or provide specific access instructions in advance.
For standard orders, same-day delivery is available if you order before 12pm. For dates that matter — Mother's Day, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year, graduation day — we strongly recommend ordering at least 3–5 days in advance. Delivery slots and specific bouquet designs sell out during peak periods and we cannot guarantee availability for last-minute requests.
For weddings and large event orders, please contact us a minimum of 2–4 weeks ahead to allow for consultation and planning.
Our fresh bouquets start from $44. Bloom boxes start from $92. Table vase arrangements start from $169. Congratulatory flower stands range from $188 to $725. Condolence stands start from $288. Bridal bouquets start from $176.

A bloom box is a floral arrangement presented in a box rather than hand-wrapped as a bouquet. The box serves as both the container and the display — the recipient can place it directly on a table without needing a vase. Bloom boxes are a popular choice for gifting as they travel well, present beautifully, and make a strong visual impression.
A bouquet is hand-tied and wrapped, typically in kraft paper or our signature wrapping style. Bouquets are the classic gift format — ideal for hand-delivering to someone, presenting at graduation, or photographing at an event.
Both are handcrafted fresh daily at our Dempsey Hill studio. Choose a bloom box if the recipient has no vase or will be receiving the arrangement at a desk or table. Choose a bouquet for hand delivery, photography, or occasions where the classic gift format is preferred.
Yes. The Florté offers bespoke and customised arrangements for customers with specific requests — particular flowers, colour palettes, sizes, or themes. Please contact us via WhatsApp at +65 9828 3370 or email enquiries@theflorte.com with your requirements. Customised orders typically require at least 24–48 hours notice depending on flower availability.
Please note that seasonal and imported flowers are subject to availability. Where a specific stem is unavailable, our florists will suggest the closest suitable alternative and confirm with you before proceeding.
Yes. The Florté carries a full range of dried and preserved flowers in bouquet, bloom box and table vase formats. Preserved flowers are a popular choice for recipients who want a long-lasting arrangement — they require no water and will stay beautiful for several months to over a year with minimal care.
Our preserved rose bloom boxes include the Eternity Roses Square collection, available in red, white, pink, blue and purple. Browse the full Dried & Preserved collection to see all options.
Yes. Every The Florté order includes a personalised message card. Simply enter your message in the designated field at checkout and we will hand-write it on a card and include it with the arrangement. There is no additional charge for the message card.
The Bloom of the Day is our daily fresh bouquet — a handcrafted arrangement using the best seasonal flowers available that morning. The specific flowers and design change each day based on what our florists select at the market, so every Bloom of the Day is slightly different and reflects what is freshest that day.
It is an excellent choice if you trust our florists' taste and want a seasonal, spontaneous arrangement rather than a fixed design. Available for same-day delivery when ordered before 12pm.
A congratulatory flower stand (also called a grand opening stand or floral stand) is a large freestanding floral display typically presented at shop openings, business launches, award ceremonies, galas and significant milestones. They stand approximately 1.5–2 metres tall and make a dramatic statement at any entrance or event space.
The Florté's congratulatory stands range from $188 to $725, with designs including Grandeur, Pinnacle, Modern Prosperity, Blue Royalty, Pink Polish and more. Same-day delivery is available islandwide for orders placed before 12pm. Browse the full congratulatory stand collection here.
For birthdays, the most popular choices are roses (in any colour), sunflowers, carnations and mixed seasonal bouquets. Brighter colours — pinks, corals, oranges and yellows — tend to feel celebratory and joyful. Our most-gifted birthday bouquets include the Sunburst, Blush Chic, La Flamingo and A Dozen Rosabella.
If you want something distinctly The Florté rather than a conventional rose bouquet, the Signature Bouquet collection offers our most design-forward arrangements in seasonal flowers and modern wrapping styles.
Graduation flowers should be photogenic, structured and generous — they will be held in dozens of photographs and need to look beautiful for several hours. Popular graduation flowers include white and cream roses (classic and versatile against any graduation gown), sunflowers, mixed pastels and bold statement colours.
Our Fresh & White bouquet is consistently popular for graduation photography. The Spring Blooming, Rustic French Garden and Blush Chic are also excellent choices. Bloom boxes are a practical alternative as they do not require the graduate to hold them during the ceremony.
In Chinese culture, certain flowers carry specific associations that are important to be aware of when gifting:
- White chrysanthemums — strongly associated with funerals and death. Avoid entirely for celebratory occasions.
- Predominantly white arrangements for celebrations — white flowers are appropriate for condolences but can feel out of place at birthdays, anniversaries and graduations.
- Yellow roses in isolation — traditionally associated with friendship in Chinese gifting culture rather than romantic love or familial affection.
Good choices for Chinese recipients celebrating any occasion: red, pink, peach, orange and coral-toned flowers. Peonies in particular are deeply auspicious in Chinese culture, symbolising prosperity and good fortune.
Yes. The Florté's condolence collection includes freestanding floral stands designed specifically for wakes, funeral services and memorial events. Our condolence stands — Tranquility, Remembrance, Benevolence and Solace — are composed in respectful, muted tones appropriate for this occasion.
For cross-cultural sensitivity in Singapore: white and soft pastel arrangements are universally appropriate. Avoid bright red or festive colours. White chrysanthemums are appropriate for Chinese funerals but should be avoided for celebratory occasions for Chinese recipients. If you are unsure what is appropriate, please WhatsApp us at +65 9828 3370 and we will advise based on the specific context.

Yes, we deliver to all major Singapore hospitals including SGH, NUH, Mount Elizabeth, Gleneagles, Raffles Hospital, Tan Tock Seng, KK Women's and Children's Hospital and others. Please note that some hospital wards have restrictions on fragrant or large arrangements — for patients in ICUs or specialist wards, please check with the ward before ordering.
For hospital deliveries, we recommend providing the ward number, bed number and recipient's mobile number in the order notes to facilitate smooth handover by our delivery team.
Yes. The Florté is a full wedding florist based at Dempsey Hill, Singapore. We provide wedding floral services for solemnisations, ROM ceremonies, garden weddings, church weddings, hotel ballroom dinners and destination events. Our wedding services include bridal bouquets, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnières, corsages, bridal car décor, floral arches, ceremony aisle arrangements and table centrepieces.
For ready-to-order bridal arrangements, our Bridal-To-Go service starts from $176 and is available without consultation for pre-wedding shoots and solemnisations with a clear brief. For full venue styling, please contact us for a consultation.
For full wedding floral styling — venue décor, arches, centrepieces and bridal flowers — we recommend booking 2–4 months in advance, especially for Saturday dates which fill up quickly. Popular wedding dates (particularly in Q4 and around auspicious dates in the Chinese calendar) should be booked as early as possible.
For bridal-only packages (Bridal-To-Go, boutonnières, bridal car décor) without full venue styling, 2–3 weeks notice is generally sufficient. To enquire about your wedding date availability, WhatsApp us at +65 9828 3370 or visit our weddings page.
A boutonnière (also spelled boutonniere) is a small floral pin arrangement worn on the lapel of a suit jacket — traditionally by the groom, groomsmen and fathers of the bride and groom at a wedding. It typically features one or two statement blooms complemented by greenery, and is designed to coordinate with the bridal bouquet.
The Florté's boutonnières start from $28 and are available as part of a bridal package or as a standalone order. Browse our boutonnière options here.
Yes. The Florté offers weekly and monthly flower subscriptions for home, office and corporate clients. Each delivery brings a fresh seasonal arrangement handcrafted at our Dempsey Hill studio — no two consecutive deliveries look exactly alike.
Subscription plans can be paused, skipped or rescheduled with advance notice, giving you full flexibility. Subscription pricing starts from $245. Browse the full subscription collection here.
Yes. Corporate flower subscriptions are one of The Florté's most popular services. Regular floral deliveries for office reception areas, meeting rooms and executive spaces are available on weekly or monthly schedules. We work with a number of Singapore's leading companies and brands on ongoing floral programmes.
For corporate subscription enquiries with specific requirements (multiple locations, bespoke sizing, branded packaging or large volume), please contact us directly at enquiries@theflorte.com or WhatsApp +65 9828 3370 for a tailored quote.
With proper care, most fresh bouquets from The Florté will last 5–7 days, and some hardier stems (orchids, sunflowers, chrysanthemums, carnations) will last even longer. Singapore's heat and humidity accelerate bacterial growth in water and dehydrate petals faster than temperate climates, so attentive care makes a significant difference.
Key care steps for Singapore's climate:
- Trim the stems at a 45-degree angle upon arrival — cut about 2cm off the bottom to open the vascular tissue and maximise water uptake.
- Change the water daily — bacteria in standing water is the primary reason flowers wilt prematurely in tropical climates.
- Keep away from direct sunlight and air-conditioning vents — both dehydrate petals rapidly. A cool, shaded spot at room temperature is ideal.
- Remove wilting blooms promptly — as individual stems decline, they release ethylene gas that accelerates the decline of surrounding flowers.
- Use a clean vase — residual bacteria from previous arrangements accelerate deterioration.
Dried flowers typically last 3–6 months with minimal care. Preserved flowers — which undergo a glycerine preservation process to replace the natural moisture in the petals — can last 6 months to over a year, and in ideal conditions even longer.
Neither dried nor preserved flowers require water or sunlight. Keep them away from moisture, humidity and direct sun to prevent discolouration and maintain their appearance longest. They are particularly well-suited to Singapore air-conditioned interiors.
Some flowers commonly used in bouquets can be toxic to cats, dogs and small children if ingested. The most common problematic flowers in Singapore include lilies (highly toxic to cats — even pollen contact can cause kidney failure), as well as certain varieties of tulips, daffodils and hydrangeas.
If you are ordering for a household with cats, dogs or very young children, please mention this when placing your order or contact us before purchasing and our florists will compose an arrangement using pet-safe stems. We are happy to advise and accommodate — just let us know.
Every arrangement leaves our Dempsey Hill studio having been inspected for quality and freshness. In the rare event that flowers arrive damaged, wilted or not as described, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photograph of the arrangement as received. We will review the situation and arrange a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.
WhatsApp us at +65 9828 3370 or email enquiries@theflorte.com with your order number and photos and we will take care of it.
